How much some people know about the maasai?

Maasai People 


The Maasai people are an ethnic group inhabiting in some places of Kenya and Tanzania. Their society is very patriarchal by nature, its main economic activity is cattle raising, that's why their sacred animal is the cow. They wear different colors on their clothes, but red is their favorite. Maasai people are among the best known local populations internationally, however, many people do not know them.
In this research 13 people were surveyed and according to the results only 31% have heard about them, therefore, many of the questions were answered randomly. The 54% believe that the Maasai are located in Bolivia and Peru, the same percentage that believes their sacred animal is the lion, and 61% think that their main economic activity is the agriculture. On the other hand, most people are agree that it is a patriarchal society with the red color as its favorite color with 39 and 54% respectively





More than 50% of people don´t know who are the maasai, If  they read this blog ,they will learn something about this interesting and wonderfull ethnic group.
